*ISLAMABAD – The Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Thursday saidthat Pakistan have solid evidences against India in Kubushan Yadav case.*
Talking to media in Multan, Qureshi said that the government would try toeffectively present Pakistan’s point of view in Kubushan case in theInternational Court of Justice. “Hope we will get justice,” he said.
The Indian spy Jadhav was captured in Balochistan in March 2016. Heconfessed before a magistrate that he was tasked by RAW to plan, coordinateand organize espionage/sabotage activities aiming to destabilize and wagewar against Pakistan by impeding the efforts of law enforcement agenciesfor restoring peace in Balochistan and Karachi.
In April 2017, the Field General Court Martial sentenced Jadhav to death.
