All coalition parties Saturday issued a declarationlink strongly demanding Chief Justiceof Pakistan (CJP) to constitute a full benchlink to hear the petitions against the Punjablink Chief Minister election because it isan important national, political and constitutional matter.
The declaration link said that theConstitution has drawn a clear line of authority between the legislature,the judiciary, and the administration, which an arrogant figure ofanti-constitutional fascism (Imran Khan) has been trying to erase.
The parties link involved in the rulingcoalition link reiterate theircommitment that there will be no compromise on the constitution, democracy,and the right of the people to rule. All the coalitionlink partieslink will move forward together toeradicate the darkness of fascism.
Imran Khan wants to bankrupt Pakistan’s constitution, people’s right torule, and the democratic system as well as the economy, the declarationlink reads.
