Sarfraz Ahmed follows MS Dhoni in his ODI stunt

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan beat Zimbabwe by 131 runs on Sunday in the fifth andfinal one-day international to clean sweep the ODI series. It was an easyseries for Pakistan who dominated their opponents in every aspect.

Things were going so well for Pakistan that Pakistan captain andwicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed decided to copy former India captain MahendraSingh Dhoni and bowl couple of overs.

Sarfaraz took off the gloves to bowl the 48th and 50th overs of Zimbabwe’sinnings. He had asked Fakhar Zaman to don the wicketkeeping gloves forthese overs.

Sarfraz conceded just 6 runs in the first over of his ODI career. He wasthen whacked for a huge six by Peter Moor over the midwicket region in thenext over. Unlike Dhoni, Sarfaraz failed to take a wicket on his ODIbowling debut.
