Chargé d’Affaires Aftab Hassan Khan raised Pakistan’s flag to the tune ofnational anthem at an elegant flag-hoisting ceremony held at the Chancery’sLawns.
Officers and staff of the High Commission along with their families werepresent on the occasion.
Messages of President and Prime Minister of Pakistan were read out to theaudience.
Extending warm felicitations on Pakistan national day, the Chargéd’Affaires paid rich tributes to the father of the nation Quaid-e-AzamMuhammad Ali Jinnah and other national leaders of Pakistan movement, whowith their unswerving resolve and relentless efforts created a separatehomeland for the Muslims of Sub-Continent.
