MOHALI: Pakistan Cricket Team can still qualify for Semis but with “Ifs and Buts.”
Pakistan team has a good run rate of +0.254 and falls at number 2nd in Group-2.
If Pakistan defeats Australia with a good margin and if Australia defeats India, Pakistan can qualify for semi final.
India has a run rate of -0.895 and needs a lot of margin to qualify if ‘Ifs and Buts’ condition becomes true.
Pakistan has defeated Bangladesh in first match by 55 runs and India defeated Pakistan by 6 wickets.
Still Pakistan is in the game and have a chance to qualify for Semis but only if and but becomes possible.
Pakistan Cricket Team coach Waqar Younuis claimed that we also have a chance to go through the semi finals if Pakistan beat Australia and Australia beat India but we don’t deserve it.
Pakistan will play its next match against Australia on March 25.
First semi final will be played on March 30 in New Delhi.
