Punjab Government will provide medicines and other equipment to hospitals in Gilgit-Baltistan.
This was announced by Punjab Chief Minister Usman Ahmed Buzdar during a meeting with Gilgit-Baltistan Governor Raja Jalal Hussain in Lahore.
Raja Jalal Hussain requested the Punjab Chief Minister to allocate FCPS quota for doctors of Gilgit-Baltistan in teaching hospitals in the province.

He also requested for increase in seats for students of Gilgit-Baltistan in engineering and medical colleges and provision of a piece of land in Rawalpindi for girls hostel.
