According to details, Shoaib Malik has joined his regional team Sialkot, where he will captain the former cricketers' Sialkot team. Shoaib Malik will also play in practice matches.

In a private TV interview, Shoaib Malik said that if the Pakistan Cricket Board contacts me, I am ready to play in the T20 World Cup.

In T20 cricket, he has an average of 36.25 in 515 matches, a strike rate of 127.68, and holds the distinction of being the second-highest run-scorer with 12,688 runs and 79 half-centuries.
