ISLAMABAD – Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat gets a snub from Pakistan.
Pakistan Foreign Office on Thursday has advised Indian Army Chief BipinRawat to speak after thinking.
In a statement, Spokesman Dr Faisal reiterated that India was offereddialogues on major issues including terrorism but it responded themnegatively.
