KARACHI: NA-258 Karachi by elections are being held on November 24.

Dr Farooq Sattar-led Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) has announced on Monday to boycott November 24 by-election of the National Assembly constituency (NA-258) in Karachi’s Malir district.

The decision to boycott NA-258 by-election was taken in a meeting at the party’s makeshift headquarters in PIB Colony.

In a statement issued after the meeting, the MQM-P put the blame of their boycott on the Sindh government, claiming that the provincial government will rig the election by using state machinery.
