Lahore: The anti-terrorism court has discharged PTI worker Sanam Javaidfrom the Military Tower attack case. According to the details, after SanamJavaid’s release, the case of her re-arrest was heard in the anti-terrorismcourt.
The police presented Sanam Javaid in the anti-terrorism court in theMilitary Tower attack case and sought permission for an identificationparade.
The court rejected the request for an identification parade in the new caseagainst Sanam Javaid and said that apart from 2 cases, there is no caseagainst her as reported by the CCPO in the Lahore High Court.The courtstated that the arrest in the new case based on the CCPO’s report isillegal.
