ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) Mondayissued four FM Radio licences, Mat its Headquarters here.
PEMRA Chairman Muhammad Saleem Baig in a simple ceremony awarded fourlicences to M/s Sardar Media (Pvt) Ltd for establishing and operating FMRadio networks in Chiniot, Kharian, Hafizabad and Wazirabad.
The FM radios will be operational in a year time as mandated under thelicence. M/s Sardar Media (Pvt) Ltd was represented by Fazal Ullah(Director), others present during licence awarding ceremony were WakeelKhan, DG (Licensing), Muhammad Iqbal, DGM (Licensing) and Chaudhry JunaidAli Khan, DGM (Licensing).
