TEHRAN – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says the presence of foreignforces in the Gulf causes problems and creates insecurity in the region.
In a televised speech at an annual military parade in Tehran, he said Iranwould present a regional cooperation plan for peace to the United Nations.
His statement comes after the United States ordered the deployment of moretroops to the region.
