ISLAMABAD – A declaration adopted at a seminar in Ankara, Turkey has urgedinternational community to ensure lifting of curfew and restrictions inoccupied Kashmir and giving right of self-determination to Kashmiris.
The resolution was moved by former chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Jammu andKashmir and Public Accounts Committee Chairman, AJK Assembly Abdul RashidTurabi during the event on ‘The Future of the Islamic World and Palestine.’
Declaration said the actions of Indian government in occupied Jammu andKashmir since 5 August 2019, and the entailing violations of human rightsand attacks cannot be accepted.
