ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed Pakistan’s desire for abroad-based relationship with the United States that safeguards the twocountries’ interests and promotes win-win cooperation in areas ranging fromthe economy to trade and investment to energy and education.
He was talking to Republican Senator Lindsey Graham who called on him atPakistan House in Washington today.
The Prime Minister apprised the US Senator of his government’s developmentand economic priorities.

He said Pakistan has paid a high price because of instability inAfghanistan. Pakistan, the Prime Minister said, desires peace inAfghanistan and is fully committed to working with the United States inachieving a political settlement in the neighboring country.
