The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the government of Sindh to pay amonthly allowance of Rs. 25,000 to government officials with Ph.D. degrees.
The two-judge panel of Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Adnan Al KarimMemon delivered the verdict after a petition that was filed by Dr. Ali Abro.——————————

According to the minutes of the court proceedings, the petition presentedby Dr. Abro revealed that until recently, some government officials withPh.D. degrees were being paid Rs. 25,000 rupees in full while others werereceiving only Rs. 10,000.
After hearing the case, the panel delivered a written verdict ordering thegovernment to pay all the officers holding Ph.D. Rs. 25,000 allowancewithout discrimination.
