Foreign Minister of China link Wang Yilink said on Tuesday that his countryhad always worked for global peace and security.
Addressing the foreign minister’s meeting of the Organisation of IslamicCooperation (OIC) in Islamabad, Chinese foreign minister who is attendingthe event as a special guest, said he was thankful to the Pakistanileadership for inviting him to the conference.
Emphasizing that China link wanted peace inthe world, Wang Yi link said the countrysupported the two-state solution to the issuelink of Palestinelink. “We stand by the people ofPalestine link,” he told the gathering.
Yi further said that China link was ready tofor partnership with the Muslim world.
Earlier, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Beijing has expresseddesire to promote Pakistani exports to Chinalink by allowing import of more Pakistanirice and improve the balance of trade between the two countries and supportPakistan’s agriculture sector.

Speaking at a joint news conference in Islamabad along with his Chinesecounterpart Wang Yi link, Qureshi saidthey had a good overview of their commercial, bilateral trade andinvestment opportunities. He said they also signed a number of Memorandumsof Understanding that will further facilitate bilateral cooperation indifferent fields.
Qureshi said the two sides agreed to have a bilateral meeting on thesidelines of OIC link Session of Council ofForeign Ministers. He said they concluded a comprehensive review of theirbilateral relations, the regional challenges and the evolving situation inUkraine.
