ISLAMABAD – One police personnel and one security guard were martyred andtwo persons were critical injured in separate incidents of firing inKarachi today.
According to police the first incident was took place at Nipa Chowrangiwhere armed motorcyclists opened fire on a car and fled from the spot.
Police said that injured persons were shifted to hospital where securityguard succumbed to their injuries while Molana Amir Shahab is in criticalcondition and admitted at ICU Jinnah Hospital.
Police further said that the second incident took place at Shahra-e-faisalNursery, where one Police personnel was martyred and one persons wasinjured.
Inspector General Sindh Police Dr Syed Kalim Imam said that renownedIslamic scholar Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani is remained safe in the secondincident of firing.

Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali tookthe notice of the incidents and summoned reports from Karachi Police.
Chief Minister Sindh said that arrest the assailants as soon as possibleand bring them to the justice and directed to enhance patrolling in thecity.
