ISLAMABAD – Justice Qazi Faez Isa levels serious allegations against PMImran Khan .
In a new written response submitted by Justice Qazi Faez Isa with theSupreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) in the presidential reference filed againsthim, the judge has accused Prime Minister Imran Khan and several otherpoliticians of possessing offshore companies.
The 116-page response submitted with the apex court by advocate Munir AMalik on behalf of his client, pointed out that several personalities hadconcealed their assets abroad through offshore companies, and PM Imran wasprominent amongst them.
Justice Isa maintained that his wife and children had never concealed anyassets abroad using offshore companies, and the properties they own werebought in their own names.

The defense counsel further observed that the government had hired aprivate company in the UK to gather information about his client’s familybut could not present any evidence of money laundering.
He also questioned the legality of the assets recovery body as no mentionof it was contained in any provision of the government’s gazette or therules of the federal government.
