*KABUL – Top provincial Intelligence Chief along with Atleast five NationalDirectorate of Security (NDS) staff members were killed in a “terroristattack” in northern Parwan province on Wednesday, local officials confirmedon Thursday.*

The incident happened about 1pm local time in Ko Toop area of Bagramdistrict after insurgents ambushed the NDS members in theirvehicle, district governor of Bagram Abdul Shookor Qoudosi said, Afghanmedia has reported.

“The attack happened when the employees of NDS were in a vehicle on theirway home and unknown gunmen attacked them,” Qoudosi said.

However, he did not provide further details about the attack.
