PM Imran Khan responds over the chances of conflict between nuclear armed Pakistan and India

DAVOS –PM Imran Khan responds over the chances of conflict between nucleararmed Pakistan and India.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that there is no immediate threat of warbetween Pakistan and India. Addressing the World Economic Forum and debateson Wednesday, he said that now Pakistan will not be part of the war ofanyone.

He said that Pakistan had played a role for Afghan peace and to stopSaudi-Iran conflict. “The policies of Modi are taking India todestruction,” he said. “We believe in the political resolution of thedisputes.”

He demanded that observers should be sent to the Line of Control. “Twocountries having nuclear capability cannot afford the war. Economicstability is inevitable without peace and solidarity,” he added.

The prime minister said that India could blame Pakistan after repeating thePulwama-like incident.

He said that the past rulers destroyed the institutions for their personalinterest.

Imran Khan said that terrorism had ended in the country. “The Pakistaneconomy is heading towards the right direction. We will provide jobs to theyoung generation,” he said.
