ISLAMABAD – Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing has said that hiscountry supports the peace process sponsored by Pakistan for establishmentof lasting peace in Afghanistan.
Addressing a seminar in Peshawar on Tuesday, he said peace in Afghanistanis in the interest of the entire region, including China and it could beachieved only through peaceful dialogue.
The Chinese envoy said Pakistan’s sincerity and honesty is visible in theAfghan peace process and his government wants that peace and harmony isrestored in Afghanistan.
