PML N leader Nawaz Sharif's possible return to the country has raised concerns about potential public anger. Former league members MNAs and MPAs have refused to organize a gathering to welcome the leader of the N-League. According to details, the Muslim League-N has withdrawn its invitation to hold Nawaz Sharif's historic welcome in Lahore on October 21 next month.

The leadership of the Muslim League-N believes that Nawaz Sharif's return to the country may not gain public acceptance. Rana Sanaullah had claimed that 1 million people in Lahore would welcome him on his return, but sources within the N-League suggest that plans for a public reception at the leader of the N-League's airport have been shelved.

It has been reported that the petrol price in the country has reached 330 rupees upon Nawaz Sharif's return, while the worst gas crisis is ongoing, and inflation is on the rise, making it impossible for the public to come out for the leader of the N-League's reception. Local leaders of the N-League are concerned about possible public backlash in the coming weeks due to the possibility of further price increases.

The top leadership of the N-League had tasked former MNAs and MPAs with gathering people, but now these leaders have given a clear refusal to organize people for Nawaz Sharif's reception at the airport.

Therefore, instead of welcoming Nawaz Sharif at the airport in this situation, a plan is being made to hold a gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan in the darkness of night. The event will be illuminated with lights to make it successful.
