LAHORE, (APP): Eco Tourism: National Safari Park planned in Kallar Kahar
Feasibility study of National Safari Park Salt Range Kallar Kahar has been completed.
A project of Rs 4.3 billion for public entertainment to be set up over 1000 acres of land, will aim at promoting Eco-Tourism in the country and provide best recreational facilities of international standard to the people.
It was stated in a briefing held here in a meeting on Monday regarding feasibility study of National Safari Park Kallar Kahar.
It was told that in National Safari Park, equal entertainment opportunities would be provided to children, young and old in the light of their interests and awareness and motivation among public will be made possible about the importance and necessity of the wildlife.
Addressing the meeting, Secretary Forests, Wildlife and Fisheries Jehanzeb Khan, said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif evinced his keen interest in the establishment of National Safari Park.
Director General Wildlife & Parks Punjab, Khalid Ayaz Khan emphasized upon the consultant firm to pay special attention to the Children Amusement Park and not to ignore any aspect of their interest and attention.
