UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has again urged Pakistan and India to resolve their problems through meaningful mutual engagement.
UN Chief's Spokesman Stephane Dujarric in a statement in New York appealed to both countries to exercise maximum restraint to ensure the situation does not further deteriorate.
He said it is the belief of the Secretary-General that all difficult challenges can be resolved peacefully through meaningful engagement.
