UAE, Saudi Arabia announce Eid ul Azha date

According to a press release issued by the UAE government, UAE announced that Wednesday, August 23, will be the first day of Zul Hijjah, 1438.
Arafat Day, which falls on the ninth day of the Zul Hijjah month, will be observed on Thursday, August 31, while Eidul Azha will be observed on September 1.
Last week, Saudi Arabia announced a 16-day holiday for Eidul Azha, while UAE is yet to announce the dates. A three-day holiday is usually observed in the UAE for Eidul Azha.
