Finance Minister Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has expressed the commitment tocorrect fundamentals of the economy to achieve sustainable and inclusiveeconomic growth in the long run.
He was addressing a webinar titled “Making Pakistan Prosper: Strategy forEconomic Growth and Development.”
The Finance Minister said the government has given unprecedented fiscal,monetary and construction stimulus to stimulate economic recovery amidCOVID-19 and in post-COVID-19 scenario.
He said 1240 billion rupees have been allocated to cover emergencyresponse, support businesses and provide relief to citizens during thecrisis.
