ISLAMABAD – Saudi Arabia has rejected reports that it pressurized Pakistanto refrain from participating in Kuala Lumpur Summit.
In a statement, the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan described such reports asbaseless and fake.
The Saudi embassy said relations between Pakistan and the Kingdom of SaudiArabia are superior to language of threat.
It said that the brotherly relations between the two countries are longstanding and strategic based on trust, understanding and mutual respect.

The Saudi Embassy noted that the two countries enjoy a consensus of viewson most regional and international issues, especially the issues of Islamicnation.
The Embassy said that Saudi Arabia has always stood with Pakistan indifficult times and that we strive always to stand with Pakistan to be asuccessful and stable country.
