NEW DELHI – In India, External Affairs Minister Sushma and her Chinesecounterpart Wang Yi on Friday held talks in New Delhi under a newlyestablished framework.

The 10 pillars are cultural exchange, cooperation in films and television,cooperation in museum administration, cooperation in sports, exchangesbetween youths, cooperation in tourism, exchanges between states andcities, cooperation in traditional medicine, cooperation in yoga andcooperation in education.
