United States strongly responds over Pakistan India latest border skirmish resulting in casualties of soldiers

ISLAMABAD – United States strongly responds over Pakistan India latestborder skirmish resulting in casualties of soldiers.

United States on Monday called for all parties to “maintain peace andstability along the Line of Control (LoC).

Indian Army chief General Bipin Rawat had on Sunday claimed 6-10 PakistanArmy soldiers killings in artillery firing.

“We are aware of media reports of recent shelling at Line of Control. Wecall on all parties to maintain peace and stability along LoC. We continueto support direct dialogue between India and Pakistan on Kashmir and otherissues of concern,” US State Department was quoted as saying by ANI.

Indian Army claimed fake attacks on terrorist camps in Pakistan.

The Indian Army said two personnel were martyred and a civilian lost hislife in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in the Tangdhar sector. Threeothers were also injured.

“On the basis of reports that we have been getting, 6-10 Pakistani soldiershave been killed, three terror camps have been destroyed.” Rawat said onSunday.
