LAHORE – Former Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed faces the worst setback as he hasbeen finally removed from the squad even.
Pakistan on Monday announced the T20 and ODI squad for the upcoming tour ofthe team to Australia, scheduled to start from October 31.
Former captain Sarfraz Ahmed has been dropped from both the formats.However, uncapped Abid Ali and experienced left-arm spinner Kashif Bhattiwere named in the squad. Similarly, middle-order batsman Iftikhar Ahmed andfast-bowler Imran Khan Senior were recalled for World Test Championshipmatches.
Musa Khan was also included in the T20I side along with uncappedmiddle-order batsman Khushdil Shah and wrist spinner Usman Qadir, and lankyfast bowler Mohammad Irfan made a comeback as well.
