US dollar declines further against Pakistani Rupee in interbank market

KARACHI – US dollar declines further against Pakistani Rupee in interbankmarket.

US dollar rate in Interbank declined by 15 paisa against the rupee onFriday, while the open market remained stable.

The dollar value decreased from Rs 156.25 to Rs 156.10 and the sale wasdown by Rs 156.30 to Rs 156.20, while the local open currency market wastrading at Rs 155.80 and the selling price continued at Rs 156.30.

According to the report an increase of one rupee was recorded in the valueof the euro, which reduced the purchase price of the euro by Rs 172.50.
