ISLAMABA D – Police arrested two Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)supporters from outside the Adiala Jail for showering convicted formerprime minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s convoy with rose petals and interferenceinto police matters.

The detained PML-N workers were identified as Afzal Mehmood from Lahore andYasir Ahmed from Gujranwala.

Saddar Station House Officer (SHO) Javed Siddique said, “We have lodged aFirst Information Report against the two accused under sections 353/182 ofPPC and put them behind the bars.”
