*ISLAMABAD – Nine-year-old Selena Khawaja successfully climbed the6,050-metre high Mingli Sar in the Karakoram range, becoming the youngestperson to ever do so.*

A resident of Abbotabad, Selena completed the journey with her father andguide.

She has scaled smaller mountains as well. In February, she became theyoungest person to scale the 5,765m high Quz Sar Peak in Hunza.

After this, she wants to climb the 7,027m Spantik Peak and then MountEverest.
