The moon of the holy month of Ramadan is not seen in Saudi Arabia onTuesday.
The first fast of the holy Ramada will be on Thursday, March 23.
The Saudi Supreme Court will regularly announce that the crescent of themonth of Ramadan is not seen on Tuesday.
A special meeting of the Reut-e-Hilal Committee to observe the crescent ofthe holy month of Ramadan was held in the observatory of Sudir, a suburb ofthe Saudi capital, Riyadh.
The members of the Ruet-e-Hilal committee and astronomers were included inthe meeting to get confirmation of the moon sighting.
In the meeting, the members tried to see the crescent of the holy month ofRamadan with modern scientific instruments.
It is worth mentioning that Abdullah Al-Khudiri, a member of the SaudiAstronomy Committee has already said that the moon on Tuesday (today) willset a few minutes after its birth before sunset, so there are no chances ofseeing the moon today.
