The Prime Minister has expressed the hope that development of Rekodiq Goldand Copper mine will play a significant role in socio-economic developmentof the country.
This he expressed during his meeting with Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani inIslamabad on Monday.
The Chairman Senate thanked the Prime Minister for the successfulconclusion of the agreement with Barrick Gold Company for development ofRekodiq gold and copper mine in Balochistan.
Defense Minister Pervez Khattak, Minister for Naval Affairs Syed Ali HaiderZaidi and Sindh Governor Imran Ismail alongwith members of NationalAssembly from Sindh also called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabadtoday (Monday).
The members inlcuded Aftab Siddiqui, Saif-ur-Rehman, Ataullah, AkramCheema, Fahim Khan, Aslam Khan, Alamgir Khan, Abdul Shakoor Shad, CaptainJamil, Aftab Jahangir, Saima Nadeem and Nusrat Waheed. Special Assistant tothe Prime Minister Malik Amir Dogar was also present in themeeting.
The lawmakers expressed full confidence in the leadership of Prime MinisterImran Khan.
