MUMBAI – Super Star Salman Khan has reportedly refused to contest electionson BJP ticket.
Reportedly Khan also refused to campaign for PM Modi party. He made itclear that he is not contesting or campaigning for any party.
This comes as the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party finally announced its firstlist of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. It has announced184 candidates spreading across 20 states of the country.
Salman Khan was speculated to be among the candidates however after hisreported refusal, his name was not included

The big surprise in that is the absence of BJP patriarch Lal Krishna Advaniwho gives way to Amit Shah,who will be fighting from Gandhinagar. Also,Himanta Biswa Sarma who was expected to fight Lok Sabha election has beenasked to focus on the development of North East for now. On the other hand,after massive speculation, Salman Khan has made it clear that he is notcontesting or campaigning for any party.
