Seventh session of Joint Cooperation Committee on CPEC has begun in Islamabad.
In Monday's meeting, officials of the two countries would finalize agenda for ministerial level meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 21.
In his inaugural remarks, Secretary Planning Commission Shoaib Siddiqui said relationship between Pakistan and China has further strengthened because of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
He said both Pakistan and China are proud of decades long friendship and the economic corridor has brought several opportunities to change the fate of the peoples of both countries.
Speaking about progress of the projects under the CPEC, the secretary said projects of energy, infrastructure and Gwadar are positively progressing towards completion.
