Bodies recovered from Turbat reach Gujrat

LAHORE: The bodies of five persons that were recovered from Turbat’s Tajban area yesterday (Saturday) have reached their hometown in Gujrat from Lahore airport.

The dead bodies were first shifted to Karachi from Turbat and then to Lahore on Pakistan International Airlines flight PK-302.

Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashood received the bodies at Lahore airport along with the families of deceased persons.

The slain persons were identified as Usman Qadir, Qasim, Saqib, Danish Ali and Badar Munir and all of them belonged to Gujrat.

Earlier, five more bullet-riddled bodies were recovered in Turbat’s Tajban area a district of Balochistan province, days after 15 corpses were found in the same region. The five bodies were found in Tajban area of Turbat district and are linked to the earlier recovery of 15 bodies in the same district on Wednesday.
