KARACHI: DG Rangers Maj. Gen. Bilal Akbar said that it is also the responsibility of religious and political parties to stop criminals and terrorists who want to take shelter in their parties.
As per details, 70 member delegation of Association of Pakistan Security Services visited Rangers Headquarters Karachi here at Sunday and held meeting with DG Rangers Maj. Gen. Bilal Akbar.
The delegation was informed by Maj. Gen. Bilal over the law and order situation of Karachi. DG Rangers also briefed delegation about the ongoing Karachi operation against criminals.
Speaking at the occasion, Maj. Gen. Bilal made it clear that Karachi operation was not launched against any party but it was started to crush the non-state actors in Karachi.
He added that Karachi operation is not time limited because it will continue till the elimination of the last criminal and terrorist.
