Hamza Shahbaz Sharif faces another blow from the Accountability court

ISLAMABAD – Hamza Shahbaz Sharif faces another blow from the Accountabilitycourt.Accountability court on Friday extended judicial remand of OppositionLeader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz in a case pertaining to MoneyLaundering till January 3, GNN reported.

According to details, due to current law and order situation, Hamza Shehbazwas not produced before the court.

The court was informed that the suspect could not be produced before due tothe lawyers’ strike and security issues.

The court then extended the judicial remand of Hamza Shahbaz till January 3.

On the other hand, the court extended the judicial remand of Nawaz Sharif’snephew and managing director at Sharif Group of Industries Yousaf Abbas inChaudhry Sugar Mills case for 14 days

The court has granted exemption to former prime minister Nawaz Sharif andhis daughter Maryam Nawaz from attendance in this case.

It is pertinent to remember that NAB arrested Hamza Shehbaz in AssetsBeyond Means and Money Laundering case on June 11.
