Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood says that Pakistan desires to restore peace in Afghanistan. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that we want to have a cordial relation with India. He said innocent people are being targeted through brutal force in Occupied Kashmir.
