The head of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Sheikh Rashid, says, “I wenton a 40-day Chilla; my nephew Rashed is in my place, and I informed himthat I am now free from the Chilla.”
While speaking to a private TV channel, Sheikh Rashid mentioned that hecouldn’t inform Rashed, so he was concerned about him. During this journey,he had the opportunity to contemplate many things, and there was no harmdone to anyone in this journey; everyone cooperated. My 40 days passedpeacefully.
Sheikh Rashid further stated that he is still standing with the military,and he has always believed that the country should be run with the supportof the military. He said that during the events of May 9, he was outsidePakistan, and on May 10, he condemned it. He believes that no politicianshould name any military officer.
The three individuals negotiating with the military formed their party, butI am not forming my numbers. I have come back after struggling; the countrycannot run without institutions. Politicians and institutions should worktogether.
