ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan says Pakistan is all set to open itsdoors for Sikhs from across the globe. In a Facebook post, he saidconstruction work on Kartarpur project enters final stages and will be opento public on 9th of next month.
Prime Minister said world’s largest Gurdwara will be visited by Sikhs fromacross India and other parts of the world.
He said this will become a major religious hub for the Sikh community andwill boost the local economy. Imran Khan said it will also result inearning foreign exchange for the country besides creating jobs in differentsectors, including travel and hospitality.
Earlier, Buddhist monks also visited various sites in Pakistan forreligious rituals.
