ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister’s special assistant on overseas Pakistanis andhuman resource development Zulfiqar Hussain Bukhari approaches IslamabadHigh Court.
He has submitted an application in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) forremoval of his name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
Interior secretary, NAB chairman, DG FIA and others have been maderespondents in the petition submitted by Avocate Sikandar Bashir onSaturday.

The petition states that travel restrictions on Zulfi Bukhari is againstbasic human rights, thus, the interior ministry’s decision should besuspended and directives should be issued the concerned authorities forreturn of travel documents including Bukhari’s passport.
