During a TV program, Mohammad Amir stated that ICC rankings change everyweek. When you play 40 matches out of 40 yourself, you’ll score 25 runs inone match, 50 in another, and even 70 runs on 60 balls in some matches.This way, you can reach the top in rankings.
Why don’t players like Jos Buttler, D. Cock, and David Miller top therankings? The reason is that they don’t play matches against B and C levelteams; they relax during series against smaller teams. That’s why theydon’t reach the top three. If you play 45 out of 40 matches, then you’lldefinitely move up in the rankings.
