NEW DELHI – In an unprecedented initiative, Pakistani lawyers have movedIndian Supreme Court against Prime Minister Narendra Modi over OccupiedKashmir lockdown.
Pakistani lawyers on Friday have moved Indian Supreme Court (SC) againstPrime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi’s continuous atrocities in occupiedKashmir.
According to details, the Pakistani lawyers have adopted the stance thatthe Indian government has continued its curfew in Kashmir despite thecourt’s orders which is a violation.
The petition also requested the court to annul the Indian move ofabrogating Article 370 that gave special status to the occupied valley andalso urged to take suo moto notice of the matter.
