NEW YORK – In a diplomatic success for Pakistan, UN Chief to raise Kahsmirissue during UN General Assembly session despite Indian objections.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres plans to raise the Kashmir issueduring his discussions with various leaders attending the 74th session ofUN General Assembly.
This was stated by his Spokesman Stephane Dujarric at a regular briefing inNew York while responding to a question about the communication blockade inIndian Occupied Kashmir.
He said he will also use the opportunity of discussions during the GeneralAssembly to raise the issue of Kashmir, the Radio Pakistan reported.
