*DUBAI – Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in the UAE on Wednesday night ona state visit.*

Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the primeminister at the Abu Dhabi airport.

The two leaders discussed regional and international issues of mutualinterest as well as enhancing ties. They expressed satisfaction over thecurrent level of mutual cooperation between the two countries and agreed onimproving ties. Both sides also discussed ways to strengthen economiccooperation and promote investment.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Finance Minister Asad Umar,Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry, and Adviser on Commerce Abdul RazakDawood are accompanying the PM.

Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan and other ministersof the UAE also attended the meeting.
