*DUBAI – India faces setback ahead of the Super Four round of the Asia Cup2018.*

*India’s Hardik Pandya, Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel have been ruled outAsia Cup 2018 due to injuries, the ICC has reported.*

All-rounder Pandya was stretchered out of the match against Pakistan onWednesday. The team management confirmed that he has suffered a backinjury. He is being replaced by Deepak Chahar in the squad.

Spinner Patel has suffered a tendon tear and will be replaced by RavindraJadeja.

Medium-pacer Thakur is ruled out of the tournament due to a hip injury.Siddharth Kaul will be his replacement on the side.
