MUMBAI – A complaint has been lodged against Actor Kangna Ranaut by a realestate broker.

Herecently approached the Khar Police complaining against actor KanganaRanaut, her sister Rangoli and other staff. The complainant alleged thatthe actor hadn’t paid him the complete consideration towards the brokerage.

Ranaut last year bought a bungalow on Pali Hill, and the complainant wasinstrumental in making the deal happen.

On the other hand, the actor claimed that she via her finance team, paid 1per cent brokerage which is above Rs 20 lakh but the broker is nowdemanding 2 per cent brokerage.

Prakkash G Rohira, of Karma realtors, the real estate agent had approachedKhar Police station during July-end. He gave a confidential writtencomplaint stating that he was the broker in a deal where Ranaut bought abungalow and he hasn’t been paid the complete consideration by the actorand her staff.

The property in question is a bungalow that the actor had bought inSeptember 2017, by paying a price of Rs 20.07 crore. The total area of thebungalow located at the upmarket Pali Hill area is 3,075 sq ft.
